Interstate 31 is a major North–South transcontinental Interstate Highway in the portions of the United States. It passes through Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio. It’s South end is at Interstate 60 and Interstate 75 in Lenoir City, Tennessee while it’s North end is at Interstate 90 and Ohio State Route 2 in Cleveland, Ohio. Interstate 31 Serves The Cities of Lenoir City, Middlesboro, Prestonsburg, Barboursville, Cleveland and Kitchener.
