US Highway 387 is a 750 mile long spur route of US 87 from I-25/US 87 in Northgate CO and ends at the Canadian border in West Poplar MT, connecting the states of Colorado and Wyoming in between.

US 387 begins at a junction with I-25/US 87 in Northgate, a suburb north of Colorado Springs. US 387 is the Interquest Parkway until meeting Powers Blvd/CO 21 a mile east of this junction. US 387 continues north and follows CO 83 through Castlewood Canyon State Park, eventually reaching Frankstown, meeting CO 86, before continuing north. Approaching the Denver metro area, US 387 runs through the southern Denver suburb of Parker,
